Omelet Cups

Here is an easy recipe that I know will be a family favorite.  These Omelet Cups are so easy to make and soooo good...especially for these days that we are stuck inside!  I served them for dinner with toasted bagels but they are great for weekend breakfast or brunch!  Enjoy!!!

Omelet Cups right out of the oven, on a vintage Murano glass platter, from Twig Antiques!
